Welcome to my blog!

For those of you who don't know me; I'm a scatterbrained ex-journalist with a passion for music - specifically local music. My mission on Music'nStuff is to share album reviews, gig reviews, interviews, gig guides, etc. with you - with the hope that my love for music will at least rub off on some of you so we can support South African music the way it deserves to be supported.

Please feel free to contact me - and tell all your friends about Music'nStuff! After all: they say music is a universal language, so spread the word!

Double Adapter Launches Adapt Or Die Documentary

Double Adapter is an audio-visual explosion; a combination of beats, lights and images packaged into an explosive VJ/DJ performance from Joburg brothers Tim and Dan Apter.

Formed in 2009 with the goal of blurring the lines between DJs and "live acts", Double Adapter has spent the last two years destroying clubs and bringing the party to whatever venue they play at.

Double Adapter will be launching the first episode of the documentary at The Assembly on Friday, the 20th of May. Also performing on the day are Bteam, Spekta, Kennedy, Audiophile021, George Daniel, Cold Turkey and VJs Contraband. Tickets are R30 before 21h45 and R50 thereafter. Ladies free before 22h00.

The first episode of Adapt Or Die premieres tonight on MK at 21h00 and the second will air on June 3 also at 21h00. Inserts 1 to 6 are available on YouTube.
